Dorothy Gillard

B.P.S. in Information Technology, University of Memphis

Dorothy Gillard joined the University of Memphis staff in 2004 to serve as Office Coordinator in the Center for Athletic Academic Services. She is currently in her fifth year on staff. Dorothy is responsible for the office’s payroll and budget as well as overseeing the TutorTrac program and supervising the student workers. Prior to joining the University of Memphis staff, Dorothy worked for the Veterans Administration for twenty-one years and for FedEx for three-and-a-half years. Dorothy also served as a Medical Specialist in the Army National Guard for six years.

Originally from Memphis, Dorothy is the mother of five children, four of whom are grown and the youngest who is 15 years of age.
